FMLA is hosting its 5th Annual Golf Tournament
on Friday, April 17th at Tour 18 Golf Club! This event is a fundraiser benefiting all of FMLA – and, to help make this fun and exciting event a success, we need sponsors, raffle donations, volunteers, and golfers!
FMLA parents and players can volunteer by helping to secure sponsorships, tracking down item/service donations for the raffle, helping out the day of the event… and, of course, signing up to play golf!
We need sponsors!
Please reach out to companies and people you know that may be able to sponsor this event!
**Your family can sponsor a hole for $75 - please contact Amy Watkins to sign up!**
We need raffle donations!
We need raffle donations (items and services) that will be presented the day of the tournament! If you know of people or companies that can provide items or services for the raffle, please ask them to donate!
We need volunteers!
We will need people the day of the event to be present at each hole as well as the hole-in-one event, to help with the luncheon, to assist with the raffle, and to take pictures. This is a great opportunity for NHS and community hours for students!
We need golfers!
Cost per individual player is $150 (includes lunch, dinner, 2 drink tickets, a chance for prizes, a course replay pass, and 18 wonderful holes of golf)!
The registration deadline is April 3rd! Please print off the below form, fill it out, and mail it in to register!
