Welcome to Flower Mound Lacrosse! Our Mission...
Flower Mound Lacrosse Association (FMLA) is a community based lacrosse program that is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity and non-profit organization dedicated to fostering and promoting a safe, disciplined, respectful, and team-oriented program where boys and girls (K - 12th grade) can learn the fundamentals of lacrosse, develop skills to be competitive in the game, as well as build the essential characteristics of good sportsmanship along with strong character.
Spring Registration is Open Now!
Registration is open now for our spring 2025 season!
We welcome all athletes in grades K-12 in Flower Mound and surrounding areas to register now. Late fees will be assessed for registrations received after December 31, 2024.
No experience is required to play lacrosse. Come try it out and see what all the excitement is about.
Youth teams for the spring season will begin practice in early February. High school teams will begin practice in January so sign up today!

FMLA HS Boys Win Big at TurLaxin' Tournament!
Congratulations to the FM Lacrosse High School Boys who participated in the TurLaxin' Tournament! JV went 3-1 and Varsity went 4-0 and won the D2 Championship! Nice way to wrap up the season!
FMLA High School Boys Help Out at The New Hope Equine
The High School Boys team participated in a community service project at The New Hope Equine! New Hope was founded in 2012 by Dave and Sharla Kershen in order to foster a program encouraging the horse and human connection for the benefit of both horse and rider but specifically for those with disabilities. So proud of these boys for giving back!
FMLA Youth Boys Participate in Playday for Lovepacs Lewisville
It was a great day for lacrosse and Lovepacs Lewisville was the big winner at the boys’ youth playday in Frisco held on September 25th! Flower Mound Lacrosse along with Frisco Lacrosse and McKinney Lacrosse joined forces to donate enough food to feed over 150 students who might otherwise go without during school holidays. Flower Mound took home the pumpkin trophy this year with the most donations!

USA Lacrosse is the National Governing Body of Lacrosse and provides players and parents with insurance, discounts, US Lacrosse Magazine subscription, and access to other lacrosse resources through its annual membership. An active US Lacrosse membership is required for all FMLA players.
